Welcome to M-Travel (“M-Travel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of m-travel.com and all services provided through our website.

By accessing our website, creating an account, requesting a quotation, making a reservation, or completing any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision contained in these Terms, you must not use our website or services.


1. About M-Travel

M-Travel is an online travel platform specializing exclusively in hotel reservations.

Our role is strictly limited to acting as an intermediary between customers and accommodation providers.

M-Travel does not own, lease, operate, manage, control, or supervise any hotel, resort, apartment, villa, or accommodation displayed on the website.

All accommodations are independently owned and operated by their respective providers.


2. Acceptance of Hotel Policies

Every hotel listed on M-Travel operates according to its own reservation rules, operational policies, cancellation rules, occupancy requirements, check-in procedures, taxes, fees, and conditions.

By confirming a reservation through M-Travel, you expressly acknowledge that you also agree to comply with the policies established by the selected hotel.

Hotel policies always prevail whenever they relate to accommodation operations.


3. Booking Process

A booking request submitted through M-Travel does not automatically create a confirmed reservation.

A reservation becomes confirmed only after all of the following conditions have been met:

  • Required payment has been successfully completed.

  • Payment verification has been completed where necessary.

  • Availability has been confirmed.

  • M-Travel has issued an official Booking Confirmation and/or Hotel Voucher.

Until confirmation has been issued, prices, room availability, and booking conditions remain subject to change without prior notice.


4. Booking Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all information entered during the booking process is complete and accurate.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Guest names exactly as shown on passports or official identification.

  • Contact information.

  • Email address.

  • Mobile number.

  • Nationality.

  • Number of guests.

  • Ages of children.

  • Arrival and departure dates.

Any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer shall remain entirely the customer’s responsibility.


5. Hotel Availability

All hotel rooms displayed on M-Travel are offered subject to availability at the time the reservation is processed.

Availability may change without notice due to simultaneous bookings made through hotels, wholesalers, or other booking channels.

M-Travel cannot guarantee room availability until the booking has been officially confirmed.


6. Prices

Hotel prices displayed on M-Travel may change at any time before booking confirmation.

Prices may vary because of:

  • Hotel inventory updates.

  • Exchange rate fluctuations.

  • Seasonal pricing.

  • Promotional offers.

  • Government taxes.

  • Tourism fees.

  • Local municipality charges.

  • Supplier updates.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, the confirmed booking price cannot be renegotiated.


7. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • All payment information provided is accurate.

  • The payment method has sufficient funds.

  • The transaction is not fraudulent.

M-Travel reserves the right to refuse any reservation suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or identity misuse.


8. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY

This section forms an essential part of the contract between you and M-Travel.

M-Travel specializes exclusively in hotel reservations.

Immediately after your payment is successfully processed and your reservation is confirmed, your reservation is transmitted to the hotel and becomes subject to the hotel’s booking conditions.

Therefore:

ALL CONFIRMED BOOKINGS ARE FINAL.

After confirmation:

  • NO cancellation is permitted.

  • NO refund is available.

  • NO modification is permitted.

  • NO travel date changes are permitted.

  • NO guest name changes are permitted.

  • NO room changes are guaranteed.

  • NO shortening of stay is refundable.

  • NO extension of stay is guaranteed.

  • NO partial refund will be issued.

  • NO full refund will be issued.

This policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of travel plans.

  • Personal reasons.

  • Illness.

  • Medical emergencies.

  • Visa refusal.

  • Airline cancellation.

  • Airline delay.

  • Border restrictions.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Family emergencies.

  • Failure to obtain required travel documents.

  • No-show.

  • Early departure.

  • Incorrect booking made by the customer.

  • Duplicate reservations.

  • Any event beyond the customer’s control.

M-Travel does not have the legal or contractual authority to override, amend, or cancel the hotel’s reservation policy once a booking has been confirmed.

Any exception, if granted, is entirely at the hotel’s sole discretion and must be confirmed by the hotel in writing.

M-Travel cannot guarantee approval of any cancellation request, modification request, credit request, voucher request, or refund request.

By proceeding with payment, you expressly acknowledge that you understand and accept this policy in full.


9. No-Show Policy

If the guest fails to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior written approval from the hotel, the reservation shall be treated as a No-Show.

No-Show reservations are considered fully consumed.

No refund, credit, amendment, or replacement booking will be provided.


10. Early Departure

If a guest voluntarily checks out before the scheduled departure date, any unused nights shall be forfeited.

No refund or compensation shall be payable for unused accommodation.

12. Hotel Policies

Each hotel available through M-Travel operates independently and maintains its own operational policies, house rules, safety regulations, and guest requirements.

These policies may include, but are not limited to:

  • Check-in and check-out times.

  • Security deposits.

  • Resort fees.

  • City or tourism taxes.

  • Smoking regulations.

  • Pet policies.

  • Child policies.

  • Extra bed availability.

  • Meal plans.

  • Parking.

  • Internet access.

  • Swimming pool or facility operating hours.

  • Visitor policies.

  • Room occupancy limits.

Guests are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with the specific policies of the selected hotel before completing a reservation.

Failure to comply with hotel policies may result in refusal of check-in, additional charges, cancellation by the hotel, or removal from the property without any entitlement to compensation or refund from M-Travel.


13. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are determined solely by the hotel.

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and remain entirely subject to hotel availability.

Additional charges may apply.

M-Travel cannot guarantee:

  • Early check-in.

  • Late check-out.

  • Specific room locations.

  • High floors.

  • Connecting rooms.

  • Adjacent rooms.

  • Particular views.

These requests are considered preferences only and are never guaranteed unless confirmed directly by the hotel.


14. Special Requests

Guests may submit special requests during booking.

Examples include:

  • Non-smoking room.

  • King-size bed.

  • Twin beds.

  • Baby cot.

  • Wheelchair accessible room.

  • High floor.

  • Quiet room.

  • Honeymoon arrangements.

All special requests are forwarded to the hotel as a courtesy only.

M-Travel does not guarantee that any special request will be fulfilled.

Failure by the hotel to provide a requested preference shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, modification, refund, compensation, or chargeback.


15. Guest Responsibilities

Each guest is solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information.

  • Holding valid passports.

  • Obtaining required visas.

  • Meeting entry requirements.

  • Arriving on the scheduled check-in date.

  • Paying any mandatory local taxes collected directly by the hotel.

  • Complying with local laws.

  • Respecting hotel rules.

  • Paying for damages caused during the stay.

M-Travel bears no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the guest.


16. Travel Documents

Guests are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • Valid passports.

  • Entry visas.

  • Transit visas.

  • Health certificates.

  • Vaccination requirements.

  • Travel authorizations.

  • Any other documentation required by immigration authorities.

Visa refusal, immigration refusal, or travel restrictions shall not entitle the guest to cancel or receive any refund.


17. Pricing Errors

Although M-Travel makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, occasional pricing or technical errors may occur.

Where an obvious pricing error has occurred due to:

  • System malfunction.

  • Supplier error.

  • Technical fault.

  • Currency conversion error.

  • Human error.

M-Travel reserves the right to cancel the reservation before confirmation and offer either:

  • A corrected price, or

  • A full refund of the amount paid if the customer chooses not to proceed.


18. Taxes & Government Charges

Displayed prices may or may not include:

  • City tax.

  • Tourism tax.

  • Municipality fees.

  • Environmental fees.

  • Government charges.

  • Resort fees.

Certain hotels require these charges to be paid directly upon arrival.

Such charges are outside the control of M-Travel.


19. Force Majeure

M-Travel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Earthquakes.

  • Floods.

  • Fires.

  • Pandemics.

  • Epidemics.

  • Government actions.

  • War.

  • Terrorism.

  • Civil unrest.

  • Airline disruptions.

  • Border closures.

  • Internet outages.

  • Cyber-attacks.

  • Power failures.

Such events shall not create any obligation on M-Travel to issue refunds where the hotel booking remains governed by the hotel’s own contractual terms.


20. Limitation of Liability

M-Travel acts solely as a booking intermediary.

Accordingly, M-Travel shall not be liable for:

  • Hotel service quality.

  • Hotel cleanliness.

  • Noise.

  • Construction work.

  • Maintenance issues.

  • Hotel staff conduct.

  • Overbooking by the hotel.

  • Lost luggage.

  • Theft.

  • Personal injury.

  • Property damage.

  • Food quality.

  • Internet interruptions.

  • Swimming pool closures.

  • Spa closures.

  • Restaurant closures.

  • Beach closures.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Local transportation.

  • Any act or omission of the hotel.

Any complaints relating to hotel services should be addressed directly to the hotel during the stay.


21. Customer Complaints

Should a guest experience any issue during their stay, they must immediately notify the hotel management to allow the hotel an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Failure to report the issue during the stay may affect the ability to investigate or respond to the complaint.

M-Travel may assist in communicating with the hotel but does not guarantee any resolution, compensation, or refund.


22. NO REFUND REMINDER

To avoid any misunderstanding, the following policy is repeated:

Every confirmed reservation made through M-Travel is FINAL.

After payment confirmation:

  • NO Cancellation.

  • NO Refund.

  • NO Modification.

  • NO Date Change.

  • NO Guest Name Change.

  • NO Partial Refund.

  • NO Full Refund.

These conditions apply in accordance with the hotel’s booking rules.

By using M-Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy before completing payment.


23. Payment Policy

All payments made through M-Travel are processed using secure payment gateways.

By completing a payment, you confirm and warrant that:

  • You are the lawful holder of the payment card or payment account used.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • All payment information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

  • The transaction is genuine and not fraudulent.

M-Travel reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any reservation if a payment is suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable laws or payment network rules.

Payment authorization does not constitute confirmation of a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after M-Travel issues an official Booking Confirmation or Hotel Voucher.


24. Identity Verification

To protect customers, hotels, payment providers, and M-Travel from fraud, we may request additional verification before confirming a reservation.

Verification may include:

  • Passport or government-issued identification.

  • Confirmation of card ownership.

  • Proof of billing address.

  • Verification of the cardholder’s identity.

  • Additional documentation reasonably required to validate the transaction.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified time may result in cancellation of the booking request before confirmation.

Where payment has not yet been transferred to the hotel, the amount may be refunded in accordance with the payment provider’s processing times.


25. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

Customers agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a confirmed reservation is inappropriate unless there is clear evidence of unauthorized use of the payment method.

A reservation is considered successfully fulfilled by M-Travel when:

  • The booking has been confirmed.

  • A valid Booking Confirmation or Hotel Voucher has been issued.

  • The reservation has been transmitted to the hotel or accommodation provider.

Where a customer files a chargeback despite receiving the confirmed booking, M-Travel reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment provider, including:

  • Booking confirmation.

  • Hotel voucher.

  • Payment records.

  • IP address and device information (where legally permitted).

  • Customer communications.

  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Booking timestamps and transaction logs.

Customers acknowledge that dissatisfaction with hotel services, changes in personal travel plans, visa refusal, airline delays, medical issues, failure to travel, or any circumstance outside M-Travel’s control does not invalidate the booking contract or create an entitlement to reverse the payment through a chargeback.


26. Fraud Prevention

M-Travel maintains comprehensive fraud prevention procedures.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse suspicious bookings.

  • Request additional documentation.

  • Delay confirmation while security checks are completed.

  • Report suspected fraudulent activity to payment providers or competent authorities where legally required.

Any attempt to obtain services through fraudulent means may result in immediate cancellation of services, suspension of user accounts, and legal action where applicable.


27. User Accounts

Where users create an account on M-Travel, they are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Restricting access to their account.

  • Promptly notifying M-Travel of any unauthorized use.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless M-Travel, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

35. Suspension or Refusal of Service

37. Hotel Ratings Disclaimer

Any hotel star ratings, guest reviews, rankings, or recommendations displayed on M-Travel are provided for general information only.

Ratings may originate from suppliers or publicly available sources and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of quality or service.

Individual guest experiences may vary.


38. Third-Party Suppliers

Hotels remain solely responsible for:
